Erin’s love of yoga and pilates can be really infectious or really annoying depending on where your sitting. It’s changed her life in so many amazing ways and she wants to share it with everyone. She has studied many different styles of yoga and is a nearly 500 hr Certified Hatha Yoga teacher. She is also a Mat and Reformer Balanced Body Pilates Certified Instructor. She draws on many different styles for inspiration (Vinyasa, Gentle and Restorative, Yin, Slow and Bhakti), but really just teaches what the universe tells her is needed in that moment. Her goal is to bring greater awareness to both body and mind through Asana (posture) and Pranayam (breathwork). She believes that healing is non linear and unique to everyone, which is why she uses many different modalities. She has come to realize that the reason she continues to seek knowledge is to help guide people home to themselves.
